Maths

At school, we follow the Power Maths scheme. This term we will be focusing on place value. We will be learning about addition, subtraction , multiplication and division operations.

We want your children to become competent mathematicians and to have a good understanding of numbers and maths calculations (+, -, x and ÷). Please help your child to count in steps and practise times tables at home. It is important that children fluently know their multiplication and division facts matching the 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 times tables.
