St Michael’s Community Academy are delighted to announce that from MONDAY 22nd FEBRUARY 2016 we will no longer be receiving cash payments into the school for school dinners, school trips, after school club, breakfast club and uniforms.
We are pleased to confirm the following facilities for parents to make payments:-
To use the new PayPoint payment option, you will be given a barcode for each different type of payment required, which will be scanned at the shop to top up your account with us. Please note local PayPoint machines to the school are:-
1) Deols Convenience, 66 Underwood Lane, CW1 3JZ
2) D.N. Newsagents, 254 Broad Street, CW1 3UB
3) McColls, 257-259 Underwood Lane, CW1 3SF
4) Co-op Petrol, Bradfield Road CW1 3RD
5) Shell Crewe Service Station, Bradfield Road, CW1 3RA
To ensure that we all experience maximum benefit from this service, we would ask all parents to notify us if you have recently changed your mobile number and/or email address.
Please ensure that your child’s account is in credit at all times. Weekly dinner money is £11.00 per child, any other payments that you make on your online account will be detailed on the School Money system. Reception and Key Stage 1 are currently free due to the UIFSM government scheme therefore you do not need to pay any dinner money. You will receive a text message from the school requesting you to make a payment for outstanding monies. We would appreciate your support in this matter.
